Our Human Resource Administrator will provide our entire management team with vital support, by looking after the many wide-ranging details needed to keep all our t's crossed and i's dotted in all areas of HR. You are administrator in charge of keeping our position descriptions, job offers, start-up packages, benefits and insurance and documentation of all kinds complete and in order. You assist with the processing of our payroll and keeping employment records of all kinds current and complete.
You bring a positive attitude, administration experience in HR and/or Accounting, excellent written and verbal communication skills including perfect grammar, spelling and punctuation, appropriate handling of sensitive and confidential information, and, finally, proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, etc. and the ability to learn new systems easily.
