RULES & REGULATIONS

ELIGIBILITY
Our Anniversary Video Contest is open to any resident of the world who is 13 years of age or older. Participants under the age of 13 may ask a parent, guardian or teacher to enter for them. Members of the judging committee are not permitted to submit a video for contest entry.

VIDEO CONTENT
Entrants can submit video testimonials, stories and well wishes. Our contest will use YouTube.com, a leading online video sharing website.

Video may be submitted from anywhere in the world.
Video may be animated, in color or in black and white.
Video may be edited to entrants liking.
The video must be entirely yours or your team’s own original creation and must not violate any copyright laws. If the video contains any element from a third party source, necessary permission to reproduce, edit, translate and publish must be obtained.
Cambridge Suite Sydney reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any videos, normally but not limited to such causes as as violation of copyright, profanity, nudity, illegal substances, violence or acts or symbols of hatred and violate YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
By entering this video contest, Cambridge Suites Hotel Sydney you grant permission to publicly announce your name or your team’s name, should you win the contest. Acceptance of prizes by winners constitutes permission to use winners’ names and likeness for promotional, website, and advertising/marketing purposes without further compensation.

Your video cannot be larger than 1GB or 1 minute in length.
You must have a YouTube.com account. If you don’t, create an account here.
The following information must be included with your upload: Video title and description.
